To better the lives of people, especially during the COVID-19 lockdown, we reached out to 1200 families with provisions kits and 4200 food packets & 700 masks, with our successful, innovative livelihood programme called ‘Project Calls’.

The programme trained 40 people of various age groups and genders in nursery plant growing, garden care, and maintenance.

The beneficiaries initially came for two hours of training by the professionals, then went on to do the field training. During these days of training, the participants got a daily stipend of Rs 300 and were thrilled to be a part of the project to earn their livelihood.

Recognized as one of the innovative initiatives by all the stakeholders and media, The Sun TV carried news on Project CALLS for its relevance and the need of the time, and so did the Agencia Info Salesiana.
